Why do we pray such God who looks very scary and destructive? Can we experience the bliss through worshipping her?

Yes, we can!

We have the hidden emotion of what being represented by the thought of Goddess Kaali, the feeling of fear and destruction. When you treat the negative emotion inside you with love and allow it to be present with your consciousness, it will transform the shape and will connect you to deep inside which is God form.

So any emotion can be considered as a representation of channel through which you can connect with the Oneness. Similar to how you have the access to the pincode which takes you to the right address, the emotion which helps you find the right spot in mind's universal map. 

Same idea goes with all emotions. But Love is a key. When you pray a guru, it is not the guru who is the key. The key is the awareness of accepting guru in you, if you have the quality of respect and acceptance of knowledge with respect, you don't need to have a single physical guru, evryone is your guru. Like how you see God in evryone you would see guru in everywhere you get knowledge from. That is the key behind the emotion or feeling.
